Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound salmon fillet

  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. If using an oven, place the salmon on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with dill. Top with lemon slices.

  6. Serve immediately with fresh lemon slices.

Notes

  • You can also add a pinch of garlic powder to the salmon before cooking.
  • For extra flavor, you can broil the salmon for the last 1-2 minutes of cooking time.
