Ingredients
Scale
12 large jalapenos
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
12 strips thin-cut bacon
Instructions
Slice the jalapenos in half lengthwise. Use a small spoon or knife to remove the seeds and white membranes. Wear gloves if you have sensitive skin.
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Spoon or pipe the cheese mixture evenly into each jalapeno half. Do not overfill.
Wrap one strip of bacon around the outside of each stuffed jalapeno half, securing the filling.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange the bacon-wrapped poppers in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time. The bacon should be crisp and the cheese melted.
Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For less heat, remove all white pith from the inside of the jalapenos.
If the bacon does not crisp fully, cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes.
Serve with ranch dressing or sour cream for dipping.
