Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons dried ranch dressing mix
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface. Press the seams together to form one large rectangle.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the entire surface of the dough.
  5. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Starting from a long side, tightly roll the dough into a log.
  7. Using a sharp knife, slice the log into 12 equal pinwheels.
  8. Place the pinwheels cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • You can use pre-cooked bacon bits if you prefer not to cook bacon separately.
  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder to the cream cheese mixture.
  • These pinwheels are best served warm, right out of the oven.
