- 1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chopped celery
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 4 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled
- 2 slices bread
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- In a bowl, combine drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped celery, and Dijon mustard. Mix well.
- Stir in the crumbled bacon.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
