Make this simple, no-bake dill pickle dip using cream cheese and sour cream. It is a tangy, crowd-pleasing appetizer perfect for parties or game days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle relish, drained well
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh dill pickles
  • 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the sour cream, drained pickle relish, chopped fresh pickles, dried minced onion, ranch seasoning mix, and garlic powder to the bowl.
  3. Mix on low speed until all ingredients are just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Taste the dip and add black pepper as needed.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
  6. Serve cold with crackers, chips, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

  • For a thicker dip, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
  • If you prefer a ranch flavor, use a ranch-flavored pickle relish.
  • You can make this dip up to 24 hours ahead of time.
