Ingredients
Scale
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional: Blue cheese crumbles for topping
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded chicken, hot sauce, and dressing until fully combined.
Stir in most of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese, reserving a small amount for the top.
Spread the mixture evenly into a small baking dish (about 8×8 inches).
Sprinkle the remaining cheese and any desired blue cheese crumbles over the top.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted.
Serve immediately with chips, celery, or crackers.
Notes
Adjust the amount of hot sauce to control the spice level. For less heat, use 1/4 cup.
You can use rotisserie chicken to save prep time.
This dip tastes even better after resting for a few minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
