2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Wing Sauce
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
Green onions, chopped, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing in a large bowl. Mix well.
Stir in 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese and the crumbled blue cheese (if using) into the mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a 1.5-quart slow cooker.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
Stir before serving.
Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
Serve hot with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
Notes
You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
Adjust the amount of Buffalo sauce to your spice preference.
For a thicker dip, reduce the amount of ranch dressing slightly.
This dip can also be baked in a 375°F (190°C) oven for 20-25 minutes.
