1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 jalapeños, finely diced
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 teaspoon coarse salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese and diced jalapeños.
Cut each biscuit in half. Flatten each half into a small disc.
Place about 1 teaspoon of the cheese and jalapeño mixture in the center of each biscuit disc.
Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
Arrange the stuffed dough balls on a baking sheet.
Brush the tops of the pretzel bites with melted butter.
Sprinkle with coarse salt.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
Serve warm.
Notes
For extra heat, leave some of the jalapeño seeds in.
You can substitute Monterey Jack cheese for a milder flavor.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce like ranch or marinara.
