Whip up these irresistible Cheddar Jalapeño Stuffed Pretzel Bites for a fun pub snack right in your own kitchen. They’re cheesy, a little spicy, and perfectly chewy, just like the ones you love from your favorite bar.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (16 ounce) package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 jalapeños, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese and diced jalapeños.
  3. Cut each biscuit in half. Flatten each half into a small disc.
  4. Place about 1 teaspoon of the cheese and jalapeño mixture in the center of each biscuit disc.
  5. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  6. Arrange the stuffed dough balls on a baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops of the pretzel bites with melted butter.
  8. Sprinkle with coarse salt.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
  10. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra heat, leave some of the jalapeño seeds in.
  • You can substitute Monterey Jack cheese for a milder flavor.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce like ranch or marinara.
