1 pound pasta (penne, rotini, or farfalle)
1.5 pounds cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
1 cup Caesar dressing
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup croutons
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
Top with croutons just before serving.
Notes
For a creamier salad, add a tablespoon of mayonnaise to the dressing.
