Make an accurate, creamy, and vibrant Copycat Panera Green Goddess Dressing at home using fresh herbs and simple ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, packed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the mayonnaise, water, white wine vinegar, parsley, chives, tarragon, and dill into a blender or food processor.
  2. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until the dressing is completely smooth and has a uniform, vibrant green color. Stop and scrape down the sides as needed.
  4. Taste the dressing and adjust salt or vinegar if necessary for your preference.
  5. Transfer the dressing to an airtight container.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

  • For a slightly lighter dressing, substitute half of the mayonnaise with plain Greek yogurt.
  • This dressing works well as a dip for vegetables or as a spread on sandwiches and wraps.
  • Store the dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  • If you want a vegan option, substitute the mayonnaise with a vegan mayonnaise product.
