Make a homemade version of the Starbucks Pink Drink, which features a tropical fruit base mixed with creamy coconut milk for a vibrant, sweet, and slightly tart refresher.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup white grape juice concentrate
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried dragon fruit (pitaya) pieces, or 1/4 cup strawberry puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon green coffee extract (optional, for authentic flavor)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk (canned or carton)
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener (sugar or simple syrup), adjust to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the white grape juice concentrate, water, frozen strawberries, freeze-dried dragon fruit (or puree), green coffee extract (if using), and sweetener in a blender.
  2. Blend the mixture until completely smooth. This creates the fruit base.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a separate container to remove any large fruit solids, pressing down on the solids to extract all liquid.
  4. Fill a tall glass halfway with ice cubes.
  5. Pour the strained fruit base over the ice until the glass is about three-quarters full.
  6. Top the drink with the coconut milk.
  7. Stir gently to combine the pink base and white coconut milk until you achieve a uniform light pink color.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a stronger color, add a few drops of natural red food coloring or use more freeze-dried dragon fruit.
  • If you cannot find green coffee extract, omit it; the drink will still taste very good.
  • Use full-fat canned coconut milk for a richer, creamier texture similar to the original.
