Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  3. Stir in the chopped fresh parsley.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese over the top layer.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dip is hot throughout and the top cheese is melted and lightly golden brown.
  7. Let the dip rest for 5 minutes before serving hot with crusty bread or breadsticks.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use fresh garlic instead of garlic powder.
  • Serve this dip with thick slices of toasted baguette or sourdough bread for dipping.
  • You can prepare the dip mixture up to one day ahead and store it covered in the refrigerator before baking.
