Whip up this easy Dirty Martini Dip for a creamy, briny appetizer that captures the flavor of your favorite cocktail. This no-cook recipe is perfect for parties and entertaining.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped green olives (pitted)
  • 1/2 cup olive brine (from the olive jar)
  • 2 ounces gin (optional, for authentic flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Extra chopped olives and olive oil for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and blue cheese. Use an electric mixer or a sturdy spoon to beat them together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Mix in the sour cream, finely chopped green olives, olive brine, and optional gin until everything is just combined. Do not overmix.
  3. Stir in the garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Taste the dip and adjust seasoning as needed; you may want more brine for extra saltiness.
  4. Transfer the dip to your serving bowl. Cover the bowl and chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. This step is important for the best taste.
  5. Before serving, garnish the top of the dip with a sprinkle of extra chopped olives and a light drizzle of olive oil.
  6. Serve your **Blue Cheese Olive Dip** with crackers, pita chips, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the gin. The brine and olives provide plenty of martini flavor.
  • You can make this **Easy Party Dip** up to 2 days ahead of time. Keep it covered in the refrigerator.
  • If you prefer a smoother texture and do not like chunks of blue cheese, use a food processor to blend all ingredients until completely smooth.
