2 cups frozen strawberries
1 bottle (750ml) dry rosé wine, chilled
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Optional: Fresh strawberries and mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
Combine frozen strawberries, chilled rosé wine, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth and slushy. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more rosé or lemon juice. If it’s too thin, add a few more frozen strawberries.
Pour the slushie into glasses.
