Make a quick fruit pizza using refrigerated sugar cookie dough and a simple cream cheese frosting base.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (16.5 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 cups mixed fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Press the sugar cookie dough evenly onto a 12-inch pizza pan or a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
  4. Let the cookie crust cool completely on the pan.
  5. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
  6. Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  7. Arrange the mixed fresh fruit decoratively over the frosting layer.
  8. Chill the fruit pizza for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For mini fruit pizzas, use pre-made mini sugar cookie dough rounds and adjust baking time slightly.
  • Cut fruit into uniform, bite-sized pieces for easier serving.
  • If you prefer a thicker frosting, reduce the milk amount to 2 tablespoons.
