- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Pat the ahi tuna steaks dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.
