Make quick, flavorful garlic butter steak bites. This recipe delivers tender steak coated in rich garlic butter, perfect for a fast and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels. Season them with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a small amount of oil if your pan is not non-stick.
  3. Add the steak cubes to the hot skillet in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding the pan; cook in batches if necessary.
  4. Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the butter to the same skillet.
  6. Once the butter melts, add the minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Do not let the garlic burn.
  7. Stir in the Italian seasoning.
  8. Return the seared steak bites to the skillet. Toss everything gently to coat the steak evenly with the garlic butter sauce.
  9. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the steak is heated through to your desired doneness.
  10. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving immediately.

Notes

  • For best results, use sirloin or tenderloin steak.
  • You can substitute fresh garlic with garlic powder if you prefer.
  • Serve these bites over rice or with crusty bread to soak up the extra butter sauce.
