  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large pita breads

  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
