In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Rub the spice mixture all over the fish fillets.
Grill the fish for 4-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
While the fish is grilling, prepare the avocado crema. In a blender or food processor, combine avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and minced garlic. Blend until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds per side.
Flake the grilled fish into bite-sized pieces.
Assemble the tacos by filling each tortilla with flaked fish.
Top generously with avocado crema and your favorite optional toppings.
Notes
You can also bake the fish if you don’t have a grill. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes.
For a spicier crema, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce.
If you don’t have Greek yogurt, sour cream or mayonnaise can be used as a substitute.
