4 ears of corn, husked
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons adobo sauce from a can of chipotle peppers
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, adobo sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.
Brush the corn evenly with the honey-chipotle glaze.
Grill the corn for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
Brush with additional glaze during the last few minutes of grilling, if desired.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For a spicier kick, add more adobo sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper to the glaze.
If you don’t have fresh corn, frozen corn on the cob can also be used. Thaw completely before grilling.
