  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • Pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Place the unbaked pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. Scatter the diced ham evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the ham layer.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg until well combined.
