A simple, no-bake recipe for edible cookie dough providing over 30 grams of protein per serving, made without raw eggs or refined sugar.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1-2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk (as needed for consistency)

Instructions

  1. Place the protein powder, cottage cheese (or Greek yogurt), nut butter, maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract into a food processor or high-speed blender.
  2. Process the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. If the dough is too thick, add almond milk one tablespoon at a time until you reach a thick, scoopable cookie dough consistency.
  4. Transfer the dough to a bowl and fold in the mini chocolate chips by hand.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for a firmer texture.

Notes

  • Use a whey or casein protein powder for the best texture. Plant-based powders may require more liquid.
  • Adjust the sweetener based on the sweetness of your protein powder.
  • For a lower sugar option, use sugar-free chocolate chips.
