Ingredients
Scale
4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup Honey
1 tablespoon Sriracha or chili flakes (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon Olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
4 ounces Feta cheese, crumbled
1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and sriracha (or chili flakes) to create the hot honey glaze. Set aside.
Pat the chicken breasts dry. Rub them with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place the seasoned chicken in the prepared baking dish.
Brush half of the hot honey glaze evenly over the tops of the chicken breasts.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the dish from the oven. Brush the remaining hot honey glaze over the chicken. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese evenly over all four pieces.
Return the chicken to the oven and bake for another 8-12 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the feta is slightly softened and lightly golden.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
This recipe is quick, making it great for busy evenings.
You can use chicken thighs instead of breasts; adjust baking time as needed.
Serve this chicken over rice or with a simple green salad to soak up the extra glaze.
