2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss the parsnips with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a large baking sheet.
