1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach
1/4 cup chopped canned artichoke hearts, drained
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 package mini phyllo shells, thawed
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, chopped spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, and minced garlic.
Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
Spoon the spinach artichoke dip mixture into each mini phyllo shell.
Place the filled tart shells on a baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the phyllo shells are golden brown.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese or chopped parsley before serving.
Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth mixture.
