  • 2 tablespoons molasses

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix gingerbread cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Add ground ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg to the cream cheese mixture. Beat until well combined.
  4. Stir in molasses and vanilla extract until just incorporated.
