1 cup butter, melted
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons peanut butter
Instructions
In a bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of an 8×8 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Cut into bars and enjoy!
Notes
For a smoother chocolate topping, you can add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to the chocolate chips and peanut butter before melting.
Feel free to use any type of nut butter you prefer.
