1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
1/2 ripe banana, mashed
1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
In a jar or container, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, and salt.
Add the mashed banana and peanut butter to the dry ingredients.
Pour in the milk and maple syrup, if using.
