1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)

Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup or honey, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
Stir in the chia seeds.
