1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning

Instructions
Pat the tuna steak dry with paper towels.
Season both sides of the tuna steak generously with lemon pepper seasoning and salt.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Once the oil is shimmering, carefully place the tuna steak in the skillet.
