Ingredients
Scale
2 racks of pork spare ribs (about 3-4 lbs total)
1 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs if present. Cut the racks into manageable portions (about 3-4 ribs each).
Season the ribs generously with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
Place the seasoned ribs on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 25 minutes.
While the ribs are baking, prepare the glaze. In a small saucepan, combine the BBQ sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
Heat the glaze over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly, about 5-7 minutes.
After 25 minutes, carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven.
Brush the glaze generously over the ribs.
Return the ribs to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the glaze is caramelized and the ribs are tender.
Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra tender ribs, you can wrap the ribs tightly in foil after the initial 25-minute bake, then glaze and finish uncovered.
Feel free to adjust the sweetness or tanginess of the glaze to your preference.
Serve with your favorite sides like coleslaw or potato salad.
