1.5 lbs salmon
1 lb asparagus
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Trim the tough ends off the asparagus.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
Place the salmon fillets and asparagus on a baking sheet.
Pour the honey garlic sauce over the salmon and asparagus, ensuring everything is coated.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Notes
You can add a sprinkle of sesame seeds or chopped green onions for extra flavor and garnish.
Adjust the amount of honey and soy sauce to your preference.
If your asparagus is very thick, you may want to add them to the pan a few minutes before the salmon.
