1 pound egg noodles
2 cans (10 ounces each) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10 ounces) condensed cream of celery soup
1 can (12.5 ounces) tuna, drained
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup frozen peas
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a slow cooker, combine cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, tuna, and milk. Stir well.
Add the cooked egg noodles, cheddar cheese, and frozen peas to the slow cooker.
Season with salt and pepper. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
Stir before serving.
Notes
For a creamier casserole, you can add an extra splash of milk.
Feel free to add other vegetables like diced carrots or corn.
Top with crushed crackers or breadcrumbs during the last 30 minutes of cooking for a crunchy topping.
