1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional)

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the chopped cranberries, diced pineapple, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño (if using).
Add the lime juice, cinnamon, ginger, and cayenne pepper (if using).
