Ingredients
Scale
1 pound Pizza Dough
1 cup Ricotta Cheese
10 ounces Fresh Spinach, cooked and squeezed dry
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Pinch of Nutmeg
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven and pizza stone (if using) to 475 degrees Fahrenheit (245 degrees Celsius).
In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, cooked spinach, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated.
Stretch or roll out your pizza dough to your desired thickness.
Spread the ricotta-spinach mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese lightly over the top of the filling.
Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated stone or baking sheet.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crisp, and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven, let it cool for a minute, slice, and serve immediately.
Notes
Squeeze as much water out of the cooked spinach as possible for the best texture.
For an extra crisp crust, place your pizza stone in the oven while it preheats.
You can add a drizzle of olive oil over the crust before baking for added color and flavor.
