  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 pound broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the beef with soy sauce and cornstarch.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
  4. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and onion to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Return beef to the skillet. Pour teriyaki sauce over the beef and vegetables.
  7. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats everything.
