  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1-inch in diameter.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
  6. While meatballs are baking, prepare the teriyaki glaze. In a small saucepan, whisk together teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and water.
