- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Combine non-dairy milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a small saucepan.
- Whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
