  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the dried cranberries and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  6. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang.
