2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Remove bacon from the air fryer and set aside, leaving the bacon grease in the basket.
Add Brussels sprouts to the air fryer basket with the bacon grease.
Air fry at 370°F (185°C) for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until tender and slightly charred.
In a bowl, toss the cooked Brussels sprouts with the crispy bacon, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
Return the mixture to the air fryer for 1-2 minutes to warm through.
Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispiness, ensure Brussels sprouts are dry before adding to the air fryer.
Adjust maple syrup to your sweetness preference.
Feel free to add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a touch of heat.
