1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
4 slices bacon, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon, leaving drippings in the skillet.
Add Brussels sprouts to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and tender-crisp, about 8-10 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.
Return the cooked bacon to the skillet.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the Brussels sprouts and bacon.
Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispy sprouts, ensure they are dry before adding to the skillet.
You can use other cheeses like Monterey Jack or a blend of cheeses.
A pinch of red pepper flakes can add a little heat.
