1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar

In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, 1/4 cup flour, lemon juice, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and nutmeg. Toss gently to coat the peaches.
Pour the peach mixture into an 8×8 inch baking dish.
In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the 1 cup flour, brown sugar, rolled oats, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt.
Cut in the cold butter using a pastry blender or your fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the peach mixture in the baking dish.
