- 3-4 pound beef brisket
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Place sliced onions in the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Place the beef brisket on top of the onions.
- In a bowl, whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, black pepper, and paprika.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the brisket.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, until the brisket is tender.
- Remove brisket from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
- Serve with the cooking juices.
