Whip up these no-bake Trail Mix Energy Clusters for a quick and satisfying snack. They combine your favorite trail mix ingredients into delicious, bite-sized energy balls.

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
  • 1/3 cup honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds or flax seeds
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped nuts, dried fruit, chia seeds, and chocolate chips (if using).
  2. Add the peanut butter and honey to the bowl.
  3. Stir everything together until well combined. The mixture should be sticky enough to hold together.
